The main idea of this design was to create a simple, but functional LED pendant light fixture that could be used in many casual and romantic environments, such as in restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

This fixture contains only five parts: an aluminum tube, four-diodes LED chip, a 2″ diameter frosted acrylic cylinder, a 2″ diameter black mounting plate and a pair of aluminum raisers. This fixture is extremely small and light in weight compared to many fluorescent and incandescent luminaries; however, the light emission from this LED pendant is incredibly warm and cozy. This fixture consumes approximately one and a half watts of energy.
