“Where there is a will, there is a way” – a familiar and popular saying that was taught to me by my family when I was a young teen. Its meaning has been deeply marked in my heart, carrying and motivating me through years of independent academic and profession life.
I came from a family where I was raised with love, strong work ethics, and confidence. I believe and practice dedication in life. I love to travel and experience different cultures. I enjoy my life and strive to be filled with creativity and community.
I believe that a successful designer will be one who reaches clients in ways that address some of the world’s most pressing issues – including poverty, climate change, resource depletion, globalization, and demographic shifts.
My educational experience includes a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Design, with an emphasis in Visual Communication and Interior Architecture from the University of California, Davis. Dual Master’s degrees in Architecture (M.Arch) and Integrated Product Design (M.S. in Engineering) from the University of Pennsylvania.
